This portal provides secure access to intellectual property collateral detailing a hardware-layer admission control system for AI workloads. Access requires identity verification and an executed Non-Disclosure Agreement.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Vote Frenzy, Inc. (“Disclosing Party”) and the undersigned (“Receiving Party”) (collectively, the “Parties”) for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.

1. Confidential Information
“Confidential Information” means any and all information disclosed by Disclosing Party to Receiving Party, whether in written, oral, electronic, or other form, that is designated as confidential or that should reasonably be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information.

2. Obligations of Receiving Party
Receiving Party agrees to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of Disclosing Party, except to those of its employees, contractors, or advisors who have a need to know and who are bound by similar confidentiality obligations.

3. Permitted Use
Receiving Party shall use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential business relationship with Disclosing Party and for no other purpose.
